Olianas was born from the shared passion for viticulture of winemaker Stefano Casadei and the Olianas Family.
Organic and biodynamic Demeter certified winery, Olianas is the first fully BioIntegrale winery and produces wines characterized by the unmistakable taste of Sarcidano, the heart of the most authentic Sardinia. The pure flavors and rich aromas of its wines tell the varied terroir and enhance the aromaticity of native Sardinian vines, cultivated as in ancient times but with millennia of experience.
Olianas offers tastings with typical local products in the frame of the panoramic terrace, in the twilight of the cellars or walking among the rows.
