Protect and enhance the ancient traditions, with the wise use of the fruits of their land. With this spirit, in 1926, the Rau family created the first craft workshop for the preparation of typical liqueurs: it is the beginning of a great history, which lasts until today. Today the Rau Distillery is a modern company that can count on the most advanced technologies, while preserving with pride the passion for genuineness and a close link with their land.
Tenuta l'Ariosa is, however, the most recent project whose mission is the search for the highest quality and expression of the North West Terroir of Sardinia.
