Funtana Cana is located in Pattada, in the heart of Logudoro, gem of gastronomic and naturalistic flavors, land of ancient tradition, that of the Sardinian shepherds who already hundreds of years ago prepared their cheeses with wise passages handed down from father to son for generations. Giovanni Cabigliera, has always produced cheese since he was a boy in the family business; in doing so he cultivated this passion transforming it into experience, when more than 30 years ago he decided to found his own dairy, one of the first certified Organic dairies in Sardinia.
