Already in 1700, the Fois agricultural company cultivated its olive trees in north-western Sardinia: here, the mild climate and the sea meant that production continued over the centuries to the point of giving us, today, some of the most appreciated Extra Virgin Olive Oils on the international scene. Accademia Olearia has adopted the most advanced extraction and processing methodologies, with a view to innovation and quality of the process, following precise sustainability objectives.
